High Strength Vae Redispersible Polymer Powder for Water Proof Mortar

Redispersible VAE powder HEARST RD-745W is a product made of vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer emulsion as the main component, via spay drying process into flowable white polymer powder, which can be widely used for dry mixed mortar or powder construction material products.

• HEARST RD-745W as a VAE polymer powder can be redispersed well into polymer emulsion again after mixing with water.
• HEARST RD-745W with the characteristics of high ethylene content and low film forming temperature, therefore, can form very soft film, which fits for application scenarios that require high flexibility or good adhesion to organic interfaces.
• HEARST RD-745W with good acid and alkaline resistance, is good for the workability and weatherability of the construction material products which used it.
• HEARST RD-745W with good and wide compatibility, can use with almost all other chemical additives in diverse formulations.

HEARST RD-745W is recommended to use in dry mixing mortar or powder construction material products, such as ceramic Waterproof mortar, Flexible waterproof putty ,tile adhesive (S1, S2), external wall insulation system (EIFS/ETICS), extrusion mortar for EPS component, skim coat, sound insulation mortar, Joint compound, etc.

Storage                                                                                                                   

• HEARST RD-745W storage should protect from moisture.
• At storage temperatures above 30ºC or under pressure during storage may cause HEARST RD-745W caking occurs.

• The optimal service life of HEARST RD-745W is 6 montHEARST RD, and the possibility of the product performances beyond the best use period will be reduced.
